Police Investigate Armed Robbery

Windsor police are looking for a suspect in an armed robbery of a pizza restaurant.

Around 9:30pm on Wednesday, September 7, 2016, police were called to Sarducci's Pizza on Lauzon Rd. after the robbery took place.

Police say the suspect entered the restaurant with their face covered and approached the front counter with a pointed firearm. The suspect obtained a quantity of cash, assaulted the victim and fled the store. The victim sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident.

The suspect is described as male, black, light skin, 26-27 years old, 5'10-6'0 wearing black bandanna across his forehead, black zip up jacket with a white stripe down the middle and black sweatpants.
