Damage is pegged at $120,000 after a fire broke out at 1242 Windermere Rd. in Windsor on Thursday night.
Investigators couldn't determine a cause for the fire.
Three homes and two garages suffered damage from the flames.
The Windsor Fire and Rescue Service reported the fire on Thursday just after 8:30pm and arrived on scene to a garage fully engulfed in flames.
All residents were able to make it out of their homes safely and no injuries are reported.
Fire officials say the blaze also knocked down some power lines and hydro crews responded to address the issue.
