Windsor police located MacPherson in the city early Wednesday morning in good health.
Police asked for the public's help finding him Tuesday last night after he was reported missing in Harrow. He was last seen trying to catch a cab to Devonshire Mall in Windsor around 3pm Tuesday.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
