The crash happened at about 7:30am, Monday.
Two men and a woman got out of the stolen red Ford minivan and took off on foot.
They were last seen running eastbound into the south Walkerville area.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
