Big OLG Win In Windsor

A Windsor resident is collecting $100,000 from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation after matching six of seven numbers on an Encore ticket.

Alibhai Fidahossen bought the winning ticket at Havana Palace on Huron Church Rd. in Windsor.
