Leamington Fire Services says fire crews responded to the blaze on Wigle St. on Tuesday around 7pm.
Fire officials say four occupants in the home were able to make it out of the attached home without injury.
The cause of the fire remains undetermined at this time.
Police responded to 11 incidents between July 26 and August 19.
