The Windsor Express snapped a four-game losing skid with a 94-85 victory over the Orangeville A's on Wednesday.
The Express took a big 27-11 lead over Orangeville in the first quarter, but the A's fought back in the second to make it 38-37, with Windsor in the lead at halftime. The Express gained a six point lead lead in the third frame, but Orangeville was able to tie the game at 69-69 with 6:39 left in the fourth. However, Windsor once again took the lead in the final minutes to win with a nine point advantage.
DeAndre Thomas had a game high 19 points and 11 rebounds for Windsor. Maurice Jones and Wally Ellenson also put up 18 points.
The Express will travel to Halifax on Saturday to take on the Hurricanes at 7pm.
