The Windsor Express downed the Monkton Miracles 101-86 at the WFCU Centre on Friday.
The Express took a big 17 point lead in the first quarter and remained ahead 53-37 at halftime. Monkton caught up slightly in the third to make it 75-66 for Windsor, but the Express pushed back again in the final frame to win with a 15 point advantage.
Warren Ward and Juan Pattillo led Windsor with 20 points each. Wally Ellenson also put up 18 points and 13 rebounds.
The Express travel to the Meridian Centre on Saturday to battle the Niagara River Lions at 7pm.
