This year's event raised $118,000 at their annual fundraising event. The money will help buy new medical equipment and expand facilities at the hospital.
About 500 people attended January 21 at the Portuguese Club.
Over the past two decades, the gala has raised just over $1.7-million in net profits for the hospital.
