2017. (Photo is a screen shot of Enwin Utilities outage map)Power is mostly restored after more than 1,600 Enwin Utilities customers lost power in areas of Windsor.
It first reported the outages shortly after 9:30am Thursday, but now says the only areas still without power are along Kildare Rd. and Chilver Rd.
More than 1,000 residents and businesses were affected in south Walkerville alone, while hundreds were without electricity through downtown and south central Windsor.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
Rondeau Harbour and Wheatley Harbour will now have the funding to make infrastructure repairs and upgrades.
