(BlackburnNews.com photo)A passenger who died in a single-vehicle crash on Hwy. 3 in Lakeshore has been identified.
The OPP say 59-year-old Ronald Martin of Kingsville died at the scene Saturday night after the Jeep he was in rolled over east of Manning Rd.
The Jeep's driver, 45-year-old Jay Richards of Windsor, suffered minor injuries and is now charged with impaired driving causing death.
Richards will appear in court June 1.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
