Firefighters have extinguished a barn fire in Amherstburg.
The Amherstburg Fire Department first reported the blaze on Thursday around 5pm, on 5th Concession near Texas Rd.
Fire crews were able to extinguish the barn fire in around 40 minutes and a backhoe was brought in to overhaul the structure.
Fire officials have not released the cause of the fire or a damage estimate at this time.
