The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit says Mettawas Beach in Kingsville and Sandpoint Beach in Windsor are unsafe for swimming because high levels of bacteria in the water may pose a health risk.
Mettawas Beach has been under a warning all summer, while Sandpoint Beach has been under a warning for the last three weeks.
Water sampling is done each Monday throughout the summer.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
