Rally In Front Of Police Headquarters

Around a dozen people rallied in front of Windsor Police Headquarters Tuesday evening in hopes of encouraging police to take action on an alleged child sex offender.

The group says they have evidence of the offense that they have given to police, but they have not seen any action.

Windsor police Constable Andrew Drouillard could not confirm if there is an ongoing investigation, but assures the public that police act on every complaint they receive.

Since the man has not been charged or convicted of committing a crime, BlackburnNews.com will not name the man at the centre of the controversy.

The group says they've been holding peaceful rallies outside the man's home for the last four days. Organizer Amanda Nickerson says she moved it to police headquarters in hopes of garnering more attention.
