Windsor Man Charged In Historical Sexual Assault In Toronto

The Toronto Police Service says it has arrested a Windsor man in connection with a sexual assault involving a young boy 30 years ago.

The 73-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting the boy at Denison Armouries in Toronto between 1984 and 1987.

Police in Toronto say the Windsor Police Service arrested Earl Ray Stevens last Friday. Six counts of sexual assault were laid Monday, and Stevens is expected to appear in a Toronto court September 19.
