The Windsor Police Service reported the collision on Tuesday around 4:30pm just west of Dougall Ave.
Police say two people have been taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.
The eastbound lanes were reopened at around 5:20pm.

The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
