(BlackburnNews.com photo)The Ontario Provincial Police says it has charged a 55-year-old Kingsville man after it recieved complaints about a MACK dump truck.
Police officers found the truck around noon on Tuesday and pulled it over. The driver showed signs he had been drinking.
Now the man faces impaired driving charges.
The man will appear in a Windsor court on January 10.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
