Windsor Police have a man in custody after a fiery three-vehicle crash on Howard Ave. near North Talbot Rd.
Police say the crash was just before midnight Tuesday night.
Two people were rushed to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A third person was arrested near the scene, and police say charges are expected to be laid.
Investigators believe alcohol contributed to the crash.
