Windsor police are looking to identify the deceased woman who was pulled from the Detroit River.
Police responded to call about a man in the river around Riverside Dr. and Pierre Ave. Tuesday afternoon. When officers arrived, the man was out of the water and he was transported to hospital.
Another call came in shortly after about another body a fair distance out from the shoreline. The Coast Guard was called and they retrieved the body of a deceased woman.
The woman did not have any identification on her. She is described as a white female in her 50s. She was wearing a grey sweater, blue jeans and white running shoes.
The Major Crimes Unit is investigating the circumstances of the woman's death.
