The Ontario Provincial Police stopped the vehicle around 9am on Tuesday.
The 31-year-old is facing charges of racing a motor vehicle. His driver's licence was suspended and his motor vehicle impounded.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
