A man wanted for a spree of bank robberies in Toronto was arrested in Windsor this week.
The 36-year-old from Toronto was arrested by Windsor police at a Sandwich St. apartment on Monday around 12:30pm. He was turned over to the Toronto Police Service along with a stolen vehicle.
The man is allegedly responsible for six robberies in Toronto between Tuesday, March 27, 2018 and Saturday, March 31, 2018 at five banks and one grocery store.
The man is facing several charges including robbery and possession of stolen property.
