Windsor police are looking for a suspect after an indecent act was performed in front of a female employee at a local business.
Police say the man entered the business on Walker Rd. near Tecumseh Rd. around 8:30pm on March 28 and asked if he could charge his cell phone.
The female employee granted the request and the suspect sat in the restaurant for almost an hour while the phone charged.
The suspect then asked for his phone back. He was given back the phone and proceeded to perform an indecent act in view of the female employee. He then left the business.
The suspect is described as a white male around 20-30 years old. He was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, a black backpack, and white running shoes at the time of the incident.
