Police responded to a call of a break and enter in progress at a business on Rhodes Dr. around 1:15am Friday morning.
When officers arrived with the canine unit, they saw a suspect running toward the exit. The suspect stopped when he saw police and the dogs. He was arrested without incident.
The 45-year-old man is charged with break and enter.
