The Leamington fire department says two of the suspicious blazes were in the area of Wigle St. and Oak St. E. between 2:15am and 3:15am Wednesday morning.
The other fire was near Erie St. S. and Melrose Ave.
A boat on a trailer in a driveway, a utility trailer and recycle materials beside a garage went up in flames.
Total damage is about $8,500.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
