Officers and the K9 unit were called to a house on David Crt. in Essex around 3:40pm Wednesday.
They found damage to the door and inside the home, and their suspect.
The man was arrested and is now charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling house.
Police responded to 11 incidents between July 26 and August 19.
