On Saturday, the OPP and Windsor police conducted a joint speed enforcement initiative at EC Row Expy. and Central Ave. and at Hwy. 401 and Manning Rd. A total of 76 charges were laid, including two for stunt driving and one for distracted driving.
In addition, a R.I.D.E spot check was conducted on Tecumseh Rd. at Lacasse Blvd. where 163 vehicles were checked resulting in one breath test being conducted but no arrests.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
