One of the biggest fundraisers for the Cardiac Wellness Centre, Pulmonary Rehab and Stroke Programs at Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare is Saturday morning.
The Heart Breaker Challenge is expected to draw up to 1,500 participants this year to support local heart health programs.
Over the past five years, it has raised $400,000 for rehab programs.
The untimed event welcomes participants of all fitness levels to Malden Park. The gates open at 1pm and the first wave is expected to go at 2:20pm. The last wave starts at 4pm.
