Windsor police say a little girl is in critical condition after being hit by a city bus.
According to police, a four-year-old girl was hit by a Transit Windsor Bus Saturday evening on Prince Rd. near Barrymore Lane.
A Windsor police staff sergeant says the investigation is ongoing and the Windsor Police Accident Reconstruction Team was called in to investigate.
The youngster is in a London hospital with critical injuries as of Sunday evening.
Very little additional information has been provided. It is not known what led up to the collision or what, if any, charges may be pending.
The area was shut down while police completed their work, and it was reopened to traffic around 1am Sunday.
