Dozens of drivers were nabbed by Windsor police in a road safety blitz.
The Windsor Police Service Traffic Enforcement Unit held an initiative for aggressive and distracted drivers Friday afternoon.
Police say 45 vehicles were stopped and 70 enforcement actions were issued.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
