(BlackburnNews.com photo)The Ontario Provincial Police says it has laid 51 charges during a joint traffic initiative with the Ministry of Transportation.
A total of 26 inspections were carried out Monday in Kingsville.
The charges are related to vehicle maintenance, driver condition, and other violations.
In addition to the charges, 13 vehicles were taken off the road, and five license plates were seized.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
