Windsor Police Sting Operation Leads To Drug Charges

Windsor police have charged three Windsor residents with several drug offences following a sting operation.

Police say they were arrested on Monday afternoon during a stakeout. The primary suspect was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit in the area of Milloy St. and Westcott Rd. Officers then stopped a vehicle associated to the suspect a short distance away and found a package containing a quantity of drugs. Two more suspects were arrested and the following items were seized;

- 8.3 grams of suspected cocaine

- 26.8 grams of suspected methamphetamine

- 1.7 grams of suspected fentanyl

- 3.4 grams of suspected heroin

- eight Percocet tablets

A 23-year-old man and a 27-year-old man are charged with several drug trafficking-related charges. A 37-year-old woman is also charged with a number of drug trafficking-related charges. All of the suspects are from Windsor.
