Child passes away after crash in west Windsor

Windsor police said a child has passed away after a minivan crash in west Windsor over the weekend.

Police said two minivans collided at Campbell Avenue and College Avenue on Saturday at approximately 11:15 a.m. Two adults were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries but police now report that a young child who was a passenger has died in the hospital. However, investigators do not believe that the child's death is connected to the collision, and do not believe that there is any criminal aspect to the death.

The collision is still under investigation.
