Detroit Metro Airport is open again after it shut down last night because of freezing rain.
The airport in Romulus, Michigan was closed for much of the morning while crews worked to clear the runways and de-ice planes.
"At this time, one runway, the surrounding taxiways and deice pads are open," said Lisa Gass, a spokesperson for the airport.
Customers are still encouraged to check with their airline about their flight before heading to the airport.
Detroit Metro Airport is a popular airport for Windsor and Essex County residents who are flying to international destinations.
