A Windsor man has been arrested after two break-ins in Amherstburg.
Windsor police said William Johnson, 37, from Windsor, was arrested January 17 on Howard Avenue just north of Charles Street and was charged with break and enter, 49 counts of possession of suspected illicit drugs for the purpose of trafficking, and theft.
Johnson allegedly forced his way into a pharmacy on Sandwich Street South near Pickering Drive on January 9 and took several items, including prescription medication.
Investigators also determined that the suspect was allegedly involved in another theft January 7 at a business in the same area.
