Head of Communications LouAnn Gosselin said it is to "align production with demand."
The shut down is scheduled for the weeks of April 8 and April 15.
The last shut down was the week of February 11, and the one next month will be the fourth since October.
The plant employs more than 6,000 workers.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
