Police clocked the vehicle going 140 km/h on County Road 22 in Lakeshore around 9:30 p.m.
Not only was the driver speeding, but he also ran a red light.
Rade Dosen is charged with racing a motor vehicle and failing to stop at a red light.
His license has been suspended, and the vehicle is impounded.
