According to provincial police, it happened around 9:55 p.m. Saturday night near Manning Road.
The highway was closed for around two and a half hours while police remained on the scene.
The investigation is ongoing but police say charge will not be laid.

Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
