LaSalle police are looking for a suspect in a break and enter Thursday afternoon.
Police said a man forced his way through the front door of a home in the area between Sacred Heart Church and Saint Andrews Church. He was startled to find someone home and immediately ran away.
Police officers searched the neighbourhood but were unable to find the suspect.
He is described as a male in his late 20s to early 30s around 6'1" tall with tan skin, brown hair, and a patchy moustache. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a red, black, and white t-shirt and a red baseball hat.
