Windsor police have arrested and charged a third suspect in the homicide of Jason Pantlitz-Solomon.
Pantlitz-Solomon was shot multiple times in downtown Windsor on August 27, 2018. A female companion was also shot in the leg during the altercation.
Through the investigation, the Windsor Police Service Major Crimes Branch identified a male suspect, Kahli Johnson-Phillips, a 23-year-old from Brampton. Officers travelled to Brampton Wednesday and the suspect was arrested without incident. He is charged with first-degree murder, attempt murder and numerous firearm-related offences.
Two other suspects have also been charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder. Shanice Wynter was arrested and charged in September 2019. Keima Davis-Baynes was arrested and charged in June 2019.
Windsor police continue to investigate the homicide.
