Firefighters in Tecumseh arrived at the restaurant at the corner of Tecumseh Road East and Manning Road around 5:30 a.m. Monday.

Investigators from the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshal believe the $50,000 fire was arson.

It was the second fire in less than two weeks for the popular restaurant after its location on Wyandotte Street East in Windsor burned, causing $700,000 damage. Fire officials determined that fire was accidental and started in the kitchen hood exhaust system.

Despite the damage from Monday's fire, the restaurant reopened Tuesday.

Anyone with information is asked to call the OPP at 519-723-2491.
