A 35-year-old man faces a list of drug charges after police in Windsor got a report a guest at a motel was trying to steal a television.
Officers were called out to the motel on Ouellette Avenue near Eugenie Street during the noon hour Monday after a man was spotted loading the TV into the trunk of a vehicle.
It turned out the television did not belong to the motel, but officers did find drugs, cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl.
Patrick Bolton, 35, of no fixed address faces three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. The charges have not been proven in court.
