The Windsor Police Service said Murray Vanhooste was likely on foot when he went missing and expressed concern for his welfare.
The man was located shortly before 8 p.m. and police thanked the public for its assistance.

Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
