Man arrested in downtown Windsor B&E investigation

A Windsor man is facing charges after a break and enter in downtown Windsor on Tuesday evening.

The break-in happened around 9:30 p.m. on Ouellette Avenue between Park Street and Maiden Lane.

On Wednesday, it was reported that a male suspect forced his way inside the business but took off when he was seen by an employee.

Police got a description of the suspect from surveillance footage of the incident.

A suspect was arrested on Ouellette Avenue near Tuscarora Street around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.

A 33-year-old man is charged with break and enter.
