Windsor man facing weapons charges

A Windsor man is facing weapons charges after police got a call about a person with a gun.

Windsor police officers responded to a call on Marentette Avenue around 3:15 p.m. Monday afternoon.

Police identified a suspect and contained a residence in the area.

The Windsor Police Service reported the suspect was arrested without incident around 5:30 p.m. A pair of brass knuckles and a BB gun were found during the incident.

Luc Bouchard, 35, is facing charges of possessing a prohibited weapon and failing to comply with release orders.
