Windsor police arrest suspect connected to property damage incidents

Windsor police say they have identified a man involved in multiple property damage incidents that took place on Tuscarora Avenue over the last several months.

Since March, police say they received numerous reports of damage to property in the 1100 block of Tuscarora Avenue. Last Thursday, an object was reportedly thrown at a residence in the area, and after officers reviewed video surveillance, a suspect was identified.

Investigators from the Morality Unit believe the incidents were related and appear to be targeted.

As a result, an 18-year-old Windsor man is charged with a total of three counts of mischief and two counts of prowl by night.

In one of the incidents, police say they observed a female suspect captured on surveillance footage. Anyone with information regarding the cases is asked to contact Windsor police at 519-255-6700 extension: 4343 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 519-258-TIPS (8477).
