An avid lottery player in LaSalle is celebrating a $50,000 win.
Richard Mitchell won the second prize in the Ontario 49 draw on April 10, 2020.

When he collected his win, 74-year-old Mitchell told OLG staff he plays a variety of lottery games twice a week. The father and grandfather said it feels great to win.
"It doesn't feel real yet," he said.
Mitchell said he plans to pay off some bills with his winnings.
The winning ticket was purchased at One Stop Mini Mart on Malden Road in Windsor.
