Essex County OPP is looking to identify this man in relation to an investigation in the Town of Kingsville.
Provincial Constable Steven Duguay said they are releasing few details surrounding the incident to "protect the integrity of the investigation."
However, the investigation is in relation to a call OPP received in the early morning hours of Tuesday.
