Night market debuts in downtown Windsor

If you've already started your Christmas shopping and you're looking for something unique, the Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association is debuting its Night Market on Friday night.

The market will be at the Pelissier Street Parking Garage starting at 6 p.m. It'll wrap up for the night at 10 p.m.

"We're thrilled to welcome this cultural adventure and invite the community to join us for quality products and even better company," said DWBIA Chair Brian Yeomans. "Each vendor is specially equipped to provide an array of uniquely crafted items and offerings."

Over 35 vendors are taking part in the event.

The Night Market is one of several events the BIA has planned for this fall.

An art fair is planned for October 17, and on October 24, the BIA has planned a flea market.

The Downtown Windsor Farmers' Market has also extended its season until December 12. It is every Saturday at the Pelissier Street Parking Garage from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
