Just before midnight, officers were called to County Road 11 near County Road 8.
After an investigation, officers charged a 34-year-old Windsor man with impaired operation of a vehicle and impaired operation with a blood alcohol concentration of over 80.
The charges have not been proven in court.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
