Windsor man charged in break-in at business

Windsor police have arrested a 25-year-old man following a break-and-enter at an Olde Sandwich Towne business.

Officers were called around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday to the business on Felix Avenue off Mill Street. A man was seen on a security camera inside the building. He was described as a White male with dark hair, wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.

The man was taken into custody as soon as he stepped out of the building with any items of value seized, according to Constable Darius Goze.

The suspect is charged with break-and-enter to commit an offence, possession of break-and-enter tools, and failure to comply with a release order.

The charges have not been proven in court.
